Contact Services Group began trading in 1971, and has been under the same family management for the whole trading period. In fact two of our management staff are second generation family members, who are carying on our long tradition of service to clients.
We provide a wide range of services within the Technical Security Industry, as well as a number of Telecommunications Services.

We have a number of partnership arrangements, which allow us to provide services to clients, covering areas such as Electrical Installation, Telephone Switching Systems and Plumbing. Such arrangements mean that a single phone call to our 24 hour office provides the assistance needed in emergencies, and during normal business hours.

Our company was born as a result of our dissatisfaction with the standard of service being provided by companies for which we were undertaking work. We pride ouselves on the standard of service we provide, and most of our clients are long term clients. In fact we still service our first monitoring client, who has been with us for 36 years.

We are crisis management personel, and are always ready to assist with any security problem, from simple theft of stock to setting up and training staff in emergency evacuation plans.

We are fully licenced under NSW laws, and our master licence number is 409896295.

Our client list and client information is kept strictly confidential, and can only be disclosed to organisations having legal right to such information, generally only Government Organisations.

 
Our intentions are to continually expand our available services, so we will. In reality, become the one phone call for any trade emergency.

MANAGEMENT STAFF

JOHN BLAKENEY
Managing Director
John has been totally committed to the Security Industry, over a period of 40 years, he and the company have provided a wide range of security solutions to clients over the years. He holds a Diploma of Engineering in Telecommunicatios, as well as other formal qualifications in Security Operations, Conrol Room Operations and Security Guarding. He has written Trade Courses in Technical Security and teaches them at a Registered Training Organisation. He is available to speak on Security Matters at functions and trade associations.


EDWARD BLAKENEY
Control Room Manager
Edward qualified as a technician in 1992. He has since gained Certificates in Control Room and Security Operations and Security Guarding. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the Control Room, and has had 18 years experience within the Security Industry.


JAMES BLAKENEY
Service Manager
James qualified as a technician after completing the TAFE Course for Alarm Technicians, and has worked continuously within the Security Industry for the last 11 years. His resposibilities include overseeing imstallation and service, and the maintainance of our IT Equipment.


We have Service Contractors which are companies who provide services for which we are not licenced, such as Electrical Services and Pumbing Services. We also have specialist service contractors in high end alarm panels. We provide a "one call" number for our clients, in emergencies, as well as normal hours. Our contractors are companies we have used, and are happy to recommend to help solve your problems.
